Entry Fee Includes

  •  ROUTE SLIP
  •  FOOD/REST STOPS
  •  END OF RIDE LUNCH AND BEVERAGE
  •  RIDE PATCH
  •  MECHANICAL AND ROVING SAG SUPPORT
  • ENTRY FEE IS NON REFUNDABLE UNLESS RIDE SELLS OUT 7 DAYS PRIOR 
  • Entry Fee: $49.00 per person
  • Registration after June 2 midnight is subject to a Late Fee of $10.00.   NO LATE FEE FOR 2013
  • Associate Membership: $6.00 required for non-members- It is included in the registration Fee of $55.00
  • Event Jersey: $60.00
  • T Shirt: $15.00
  • Extra Meal: $5.00
  • The Ride will not be cancelled due to inclement weather.  Ride rain or shine

Clothing Order Deadlines

Jersey Deadline:  April 8, 2013 midnight

T-Shirt Deadline: May 30, 2013 midnight 

All clothing orders received prior to the deadlines will be available at check-in for the ride.

If you order your Jersey or T-Shirt through the Bear Ride Registration system, orders received after the deadline will be entered into the second order which will be placed one week after completion of the ride.  They will be shipped approximately 8 weeks after the ride.  (Mid August 2013)
