OLYMPIC COURSE

10 + miles course following the Olympic Road Race Course used in the 1984 Olympics.  Complete as many laps as you can.  Each lap is 9.8 miles.  The short ride is 2 laps,  the medium rides is 3-4 laps and the extra long ride is 5 laps or more if you want.  Each lap has about 1100 feet of elevation gain.

This is a moderate paced ride of 35-40 miles for fun & exercise.

36 Miles.  This is a rolling to hilly ride south to San Juan Capistrano via Antonio Pkwy.
2000 Feet Elevation Gain.

35 Miles. Rolling ride through Irvine, Lake Forest and back.

37 Miles. Rolling ride through Irvine and Tustin.

34 Miles. Rolling ride through Lake Forest and Irvine.

35 Miles. Rolling  ride to San Juan Capistrano, Dana Point and Laguna Niguel.

39 Miles. Rolling ride through Orange, Irvine, and Tustin.

  • Take 5 Freeway to El Toro Rd exit.
  • Left on El Toro for 4.6 miles.
  • Right on Santa Margarita Pkwy for .6 miles.
  • First left signal after Los Alisos Blvd on Trabuco Hills Center.
